  • Training managers to support change

    A business unit within an insurance company undergoing significant transformation initiated a training program for their entire managerial line (80 managers).

    The focus? Managing change!

    We trained 10 groups of managers through a comprehensive training pathway that included:

    • Access to a digital module equipped with a self-assessment quiz and a suite of methods and tools related to change management

    • A collective inspiration session to explore and adopt new practices

    • On-the-ground challenges for managers to undertake independently within their respective contexts

    • A consolidation session, designed for a deeper dive, collectively addressing the managers' specific challenges

  • Facilitating training courses on key managerial themes

    We lead in-house training sessions for groups of 6 to 10 managers.

    Our 6-week courses grant access to online educational resources, face-to-face sessions, and independent challenges.

    First-time managers in a banking group benefit from a multi-month training pathway.

    We assisted the team responsible for the training program for these new managers in crafting and facilitating a closing event for the course:

    • Conducted a survey among the first-time managers to assess their confidence and identify challenges

    • Structured a day-long seminar for 60 managers, blending inspirational segments with peer-to-peer work sessions

    • We trained internal facilitators to lead group discussions

    • Prepared and facilitated an interactive conference on Nonviolent Communication

    • Coordinated and oversaw the facilitators on the day of the event
