Onirio's co-founders have dedicated their careers to refining business operations and managerial practices. Together, they embarked on the Onirio journey in March 2022.
We are a team with diverse expertise, uniquely positioned to bring our wealth of experience to mid-sized and large enterprises facing transformation challenges.
Based in Paris, we assist our clients across France and occasionally overseas.

Celia SANTIAGO
CO-FOUNDER
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Celia started out as a management innovation consultant, working with a variety of companies. She loves accompanying organizations in their transformations, especially if this is done in a participative way!
Celia is an organizer at heart: she designs work processes that she masterfully facilitates. She loves being in action and working on projects that make a real difference to everyday life at work.
Apart from Onirio, Celia is a fan of running, escape games and... restaurants! If you're looking for a place to dine or have a drink, she has a knack for finding the best deals wherever you are! -
Jerome LABASTIE
CO-FOUNDER
Early in his career, Jérôme ventured into IT consulting and subsequently embraced Lean management within the banking sector. He found immense satisfaction in guiding managers and teams towards improved work methodologies.
The 2014 Arte documentary, Le bonheur au travail, marked a pivotal moment for him, igniting a profound passion for managerial innovation.
Jérôme is ever-ready to assist you in gaining perspective and addressing challenges—whether they're organizational, managerial, or occasionally even existential in nature 😉
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jérôme wears several hats: a devoted father, an avid tennis player, an occasional geek, and a staunch enthusiast of both coffee and TV series. -
Blandine BRIELLES
CONSULTANT
After earning her degree in economics, Blandine entered a business school, exploring career paths that could capture her interest. Her initial foray into HR consulting sparked a newfound passion for the consultant role.
Blandine thrives on challenging herself to unearth solutions to complex problems, always aiming to enhance efficiency and enrich the work experience.
Consistently upbeat, Blandine contributes to all team initiatives with unwavering enthusiasm.
Formerly a high-level athlete, Blandine still dedicates herself to sports nearly every day. Strike up a conversation with her about travel or... real estate - yes, she's truly passionate about it!
