About us
Our story
Since the start of our careers, we (Celia and Jérôme, co-founders of Onirio) have been working to improve how companies function and are led.
Our paths first crossed in a consulting firm, we worked together again in another, and in March 2022 we co-founded Onirio.
Together, we share the dream of a new approach to management, captured in Onirio’s mission: positively changing the way people work.
Onirio is our duo, supported by an (amazing ❤️) network of partners and collaborators!

A Sciences Po Paris graduate, I wanted to serve the collective interest and have a positive impact on society. But doing so within organizations with heavy, complex administrative processes...? That just wasn't for me (though I still have a real soft spot for the public sector 😉 )!
I started out as a management innovation consultant. My work as a consultant, coach and trainer allows me to engage with different companies and analyze their ways of operating and managing.
I love helping organizations in their transformations, especially when it's done in a participative way!
I'm an organizer at heart: I design work processes, facilitate collective intelligence sessions, and contribute to projects that tangibly improve the workplace experience.
Outside of Onirio, I'm a fan of running, hiking and... restaurants! If you're looking for a place to eat, I'll find the best spots wherever you are!

I started my career as an IT consultant, then as a Lean Management project manager in a bank. I loved supporting managers and their teams in finding better ways of working.
In 2014, Arte's documentary Le bonheur au travail (Happiness at Work) sparked my passion for management innovation. I read everything (or almost everything 😉 ) on the subject (Laloux, Getz...) and even co-created a website to share the best stories of companies that work differently: Humanage.
Today, I enjoy helping my clients take a step back and work with them to solve their organizational, managerial and sometimes... existential challenges.
And outside of work: father of 2, tennis tournaments and TV series.
