    Onirio designed and led a tailor-made program for the group's 200 "relay" managers, including inspirational conferences, themed virtual classes and Management Clubs.

    • Assessment of the current process by putting ourselves "in the shoes" of the various stakeholders involved

    • Co-construction a prototype for the recruitment, onboarding and training pathway, along with the roadmap to launch it successfully

    • Conducting a training program for internal trainers to improve and refresh the teaching methods used

    • Management of implementation projects while aiming to make the various stakeholders self-sufficient

Organizational transformation

We support managers and executives in designing and implementating organizational transformations (team reorganization, hybrid work policies, performance management, change management strategies, etc.). We facilitate effective work sessionsby ensuring participation, providing benchmarking insights, supporting decision-making and organizing the action plan.

  • Faced with rapidly growing activity and new regulatory constraints, a shared services center is seeking to better manage and simplify its activities.

    We helped develop a departmental performance dashboard and organized the collection, prioritization and tracking of simplification ideas.
